European Heritage Days are a special time of year. For two days, this year on September 17th and 18th, most of the monuments and cultural sites in each of the participating European countries honor their heritage, with free visits, workshops and appearances by and meetings with passionate representatives. This year, European Heritage Days look to the heritage of the 21st century, “a history of the future.”
