Spring is coming, and Disneyland Paris decided to bring fun and colours for 3 months of celebration from March 5th to May 29th 2016.
New musical shows, even more 100% “flower power” decorations and numerous Disney characters wearing their best spring costumes, crafted by the Atelier Couture of Disneyland Paris.
If Disneyland Paris was a garden, it would be the biggest one in Europe, with more than 35.000 trees, 450 000 bushes and more than a million flowers planted over the year. It then becomes normal for the theme park to offer a sensorial experience on a floral and musical metamorphosis
Disneyland’s schedule during Spring 2016 :
La Garden Party de Dingo (Dingo’s Garden Party) : Disney heroes celebrate Spring with a parade right in front of Sleeping Beauty’s castle : Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, Tic & Tac, Pinocchio are the guests of honor of Dingo’s Garden Party, a colorful carnaval that launches the festivities of the day.
The “Bienvenue à la Belle Saison” show : at Castle Stage, dancers and singers celebrates Spring in a 10 minute musical show to enjoy with your family and friends.
"La Forêt de l’Enchantement : Une aventure musicale Disney" : Disneyland unveils a musical featuring several Disney characters : Pocahontas and John Smith, Baloo and King Louie from the Jungle Book, Tarzan, Tangled et Flynn Rider, not to mention Brave, they will all make you dance on the movies’ soundtracks and astonish you with some Broadway worthy scenes.
Disney parades : Everyday, Disney characters take over the streets of the theme park for a float parade reproducing scenes from Disney movies and books. Snow Queen, Mickey and Minnie, Peter Pan, Toy Story, Brave, the Lion King, you’ll get to see your children’s heroes and maybe yours as well.
Flower paintings : just for Spring, the Central Plaza will take on the appearence of an enchanted garden with topiary art bearing the image of Tinker Bell, Aristocats or Bambi and its friends. A very surprising work of art made by artists from the Nature and environment unit of the park.
The Flower Market : From April 2nd 2016, visitors will prolong the magic and be able to buy one of the Spring bouquets available for 25€ as a limited edition.
