Photomatons, one of the dullest and most ordinary things in the world... How about making it more interesting and cute? Let's head for Memoli, a Parisian store in the 2nd arrondissement that offers a much kawaii version of the Korean photo booth! With fun accessories, endless possibilities for personalization, and a friendly atmosphere for making memories with friends, come and experience a memorable photographic adventure in the heart of Paris. We've tried it, we'll tell you about it!

When the photo booth becomes fun and cute... Memoli is the capital's very first Korean photo booth, located in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, offering an off-the-beaten-track photographic experience. More precisely, an experience offering a fun, customizable alternative to traditional photobooths. And what better way to immortalize moments of joy with friends or to spice up an ordinary afternoon?

Memoli stands out for its rich and varied offering, designed to brighten up your photo sessions. Even before capturing your smile, you can style your hair with a range of free accessories: brushes, straighteners, hairdryers... everything is designed to ensure that you look impeccable in front of the camera. And to add a touch of fun, an array of wacky accessories awaits you: extravagant hats, colorful glasses, kawaii plush toys, not to mention adorable headbands. All these elements, included in the price, guarantee a memorable, whimsical photo shoot.

Memoli' s real magic lies in its ability to transform a simple photo into a personalized work of art. The spacious cabins can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for a moment of group bonding. The speed of the process encourages preparation and creativity: it's all about carefully choosing your props and poses before each shot.

The experience is enhanced by the possibility of adding stickers, inserting sweet nothings, modifying frames or even changing the background color, just like Asian photomatons renowned for their advanced technology.

Our test of Memoli:

A spot we were able to discover. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the team, who explained the concept and invited us to choose our accessories for the photobooth experience. We opted for two pairs of funky sunglasses and two kawaii headdresses.

And so the experiment begins... The photo booth lets you choose the photo format and the number of thumbnails, before you start capturing. Note that the photobooth offers you more shots than will ultimately appear on the chosen format, so you can choose the best ones to feature on your final photos.

Please note, however, that you don't have much time to change props between shots, but this is a blessing in disguise, as it makes for a more authentic and natural photo capture. And after your photo session, we take the opportunity to indulge in a little guilty pleasure with the cotton candy machine at the entrance to the store. A machine that offers cotton candy in a variety of colors and shapes, made in front of you by a robotic arm. Note, however, that the colors of the cotton candy are less pronounced than what you see on the screens, due to the dyes authorized in France.

Once you've taken your photos, you can customize them with digital stickers, or write on them with real felt-tip pens. In short, we loved the experience and left with a big smile on our faces! Now all you have to do is drop in.

With prices starting at 8 euros per print, and the possibility of recovering your shots in digital version, Memoli is shaping up to be THE place to go for unique, shareable memories. It's an opportunity to revive the tradition of the photo booth, while adapting it to today's tastes and technologies. Get ready to put on your best smile, folks!
