Solidays returns to Paris in 2024 for a new edition that's as festive and supportive as ever! Mark your calendars, the world-famous music festival is coming to the Hippodrome de ParisLongchamp from Friday June 28 to Sunday June 30, 2024 with a new series of tasty and memorable concerts. So if you're planning to visit the Solidays site, here's some practical information you might find useful. What time does the concert site open? How do I get to the festival by public transport? What items are prohibited? What services are available on site? Here's everything you need to know about the 26th edition of Solidays at the Hippodrome Paris-Longchamp!

SITE OPENING HOURS

If you're one of those who can't wait to get back to your favorite Parisian festival, here are the daily opening times.

  • Friday, June 28, 2024: opening from 3pm (pre-opening) to 5am
  • Saturday, June 24, 2023: opening from 2pm to 5am
  • Sunday June 25, 2023: opening from 2pm to midnight


Naturally, it's likely to be crowded around the entrances. So, to avoid peak crowds, Solidays advises festival-goers to arrive at the gates before 6pm on Friday. For Saturday and Sunday, the festival is recommending that people come without bags, so that they can pass through the " No bag " lines (small fanny packs or small bags allowed) and " save time at the entrance ".

HOW TO GET TO THE FESTIVAL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

There are several ways to get toHippodrome Paris-Longchamp, starting with public transport.

By metro
Take metro line 10, and get off at the " Boulogne Jean Jaurès " station, then walk along the route de Sèvres in Neuilly, to reach the public entrance.

Metro / RER then free RATP shuttles
Alternatively? Take metro line 1 or RER C and get off at Porte Maillot station (exit n°6 Boulevard André Maurois). You can then use the free shuttles to get to and from the festival.

Once again this year, the Solidays festival has teamed up with the RATP to provide festival-goers with free shuttles to and from the festival. They can be taken from Porte Maillot.


By bike or Vélib
'
For bike-lovers, note that an ephemeral station is available for festival-goers at the junction of Avenue de l'Hippodrome / Route de Sèvres in Neuilly. It will be manned by Vélib' teams for the duration of the festival.

  • Friday June 28: 2pm to 4am
  • Saturday June 29th: 1pm to 3am
  • Sunday June 30: 1pm to 1am


Antenne Taxi G7
In collaboration with G7, Solidays is providing a temporary cab rank at the festival exit. " The drivers are available immediately, and approach fees are free," says the festival on its website.

  • Friday June 28: 8pm to 5am
  • Saturday June 29: 8pm to 5am
  • Sunday June 30: 6pm to 12am


By car
For those of you who choose to come by car, Solidays has a 1,200-space parking lot close to the site. Please note, however, that it is essential to reserve your parking space online, as no sales will be possible on site.

ON-SITE SERVICES

Throughout the festival, Solidays offers a number of services, including lockers. Available just after ticket check-in, they allow you to leave your personal belongings during the event. They cost €2/item (including motorcycle helmets).

Other services available on site? A mobile recharging service (available at the festival and campsite), as well as two vending machines open until closing time, merchandising and, of course, a Kids area open to children aged 3 to 10 (free of charge) upon pre-registration.


ITEMS PROHIBITED ON SITE

Like all other festivals, Solidays prohibits a certain number of items on site, such as helmets, alcohol, umbrellas and parasols (except folding umbrellas), glass objects and cans, selfie poles, professional cameras, vehicles or rolling machines, drones...

What about lost and found? You can pick them up at the festival Info Point. " 82% of lost items were recovered at the Info Point during the festival ", says Solidays on its website.
