The most popular formula here is brunch! With a savory dish, a sweet dish, a hot or cold drink and a juice included, brunch at just €27 (with a €2 supplement for 2 people) is a gastronomic experience not to be missed.

You'll find fluffy pancakes, eggs Benedict, chicken Karaage, granola, banana bread, matcha financiers... dishes that celebrate the diversity and creativity of our cuisine! Here, we make it a point of honor to make everything homemade, even down to the most unexpected details: our ramen (excluding brunch dishes) is concocted with fresh pasta made every morning.

While it's advisable to arrive early on weekends, as the place is popular with regulars and doesn't take reservations for brunch, it's much cooler during the week, with the added bonus of a more substantial savory menu: Laarb, Japanese Curry and Kake Noodles are only available from Wednesday to Friday! By the way, Nuance café even offers its own version of the famous ramen carbonara!
