Fable de la Fontaine Restaurant Terrace, a Taste of Provence!

With the sun timidly peeking out its head, the Fable de la Fontaine Restaurant is opening its beautiful terrace, a little piece of heaven that will make you forget that you’re not in the South of France!

Les Fables de la Fontaine has announced the new season for meals in the sunshine and fresh air of their outdoor terrace, with its cobblestones and archways in cut stone in the Southern French style.

Take advantage of one of the 18 tables outside and treat yourself to a bit of relaxation, all while enjoying the lively rue Saint Dominique. France’s youngest Michelin-starred chef, Julia Sedefdjian, who is just 21 years old, along with restaurant owner David Bottreau present a menu that’s just as decadent as it is generous.

This summer, they plan to highlight recipes from the South of France that have been forgotten, revisiting dishes like la bourride that is similar to bouillabaisse, that chef Sedefdjian has twisted with a garlicky aroma, to replace the traditional French fish soup, all served with anchovy butter toast and chips with squid ink. With simple and popular recipes like this one, the talented Julia Sedefdjian creates true bistronomic dishes! She also revisits pistou soup served cold with carrots, zucchini, leeks, red and white beans and pasta shells!

So if you have been wanting to try the delicious flavors of Provence and take a break in a peaceful and sunny spot, come to the Fables de la Fontaine!
