Sister restaurant of Non Solo Cucina, the Non Solo Pizze restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere, a monumental pizza oven and the best Sicilian ingredients, for any meal of the day!
Guiseppe Messina created Non Solo Pizze for Sicilian cuisine lovers - and by that we mean Sicilian, not Italian– with pizzas full of quality regional products. Zucchini pesto, creamy burrata, creamy tuna, fresh sausage, fennel seeds and Mozzarella di Bufala are the main ingredients of this fresh and tasty cooking!
With these ingredients, Chef Mimmo has put together some amazing dishes, like aranccinis (arborio rice balls), lingue di Passero alla Siciliana (pink garlic pasta, anchovy fillets, black olives, cherry tomatoes and capers at 18€), or Scaloppina Siciliana (veal escalope in a tomato coulis, oven-grilled Sicilian eggplant at 26€), transporting you right to the island of Sicily.
Pizza lovers will be delighted to see that the menu includes some 15 different pizzas that can be personalized by request, ranging from 14€ to 20€. Those who are more familiar with Sicilian cuisine will also be happy to find panelles, sometimes known as chickpea fritters.
There are lunch combos available, with a starter + main dish + dessert for 30€. Entrees include sicilian bruschetta, ricotta and pomodoro or a Sicilian antipasti plate of your choice (grilled zucchini and eggplant, peppers, artichokes, mozzarella di bufala, prosciutto di parma, rice arancini or sun-dried tomatoes,) and a traditional Sicilian main dish of your choice.
To finish your meal with a sweet treat (if you have room after this hearty meal) chef Mimmo serves a fruit panna cotta, a huge Tiramisu that melts in your mouth, and a Torta de la Mamma Lina, a cream cake prepared by the chef’s mother!
