Grand Palais: partial opening in 2024 for fencing and Taekwondo events at the Paris Olympics

Renovation work on the Grand Palais began on Friday, March 12, 2021, and will last a minimum of three years. An "ephemeral Grand Palais" installed on the Champ-de-Mars is to replace it during the period, before scheduled delivery in 2025. The Nave and surrounding galleries will be open during the Paris 2024 Olympics, hosting the fencing and Taekwondo events.
