Art by the water... Fluctuart, floating urban center near the Invalides expects you to discover exhibition and its rooftop all year around. An urban center project that was created as part of the “Réinventer La Seine” call for proposals launched by the Mairie de Paris back to 2015. Visitors can discover or rediscover works by the greatest international street artists in permanent exhibition: Bansky, Invader, Keith Haring, JR or even Speedy Graffito...
And for those craving vitamin D, enjoy Fluctuart's rooftop, an open-air terrace to enjoy a drink and a beautiful sunset on the Seine and "incredible views on the Grand Palais, Trocadéro and even the Eiffel Tower". Perfect to bring a toast with sunny days...
Supported by Géraud Boursin, Nicolas Laugero Lasserre and Eric Philippon, conceived by Seine Design and in partnership with Artistik Rezo, Fluctuart is entirely devoted to urban art on 1000sqm and three stories! Free and open to all and all year long, this art center will bring together the greatest street artists. The public will be invited to discover artists from different backgrounds, from the Grand Palais, from France or from all over the world, no matter they are young emerging artists, historical pioneers like Futura 2000 or world-famous artists such as Shepard Fairy and Invader.

The concept of this floating building is a genuine challenge. Fluctuart wishes to offer a solution totally modular spanning three stories, 40-m long and 11,40-m wide.
