From July 14, 2018 to January 14, 2019, the Louvre displays a monumental work by artist Kohei Nawa.

The artist used to France and its art centers, since he exhibits one of his works between October 2017 to March 2018 at the Centre Pompidou-Metz through a display called Japanorama, A New Vision of Art since 1970.

Called Trône [Throne], the impressive and clean installation that looks like a giant "microbial" pine tree will be set at Belvédère under the Pyramid and visible by all. A season that also takes place in main Parisian cultural centers and museums: Centre Pompidou, La Villette, Philharmonie, Musée Guimet and so on. An installation that's part of a larger program.

A season called Japonisme 2018, Les âmes en résonance that highlights art exhibition, drama, shows and concerts on the occasion of the 160th anniversary of the diplomatic relationships between France and Japan. The occasion too to celebrate another anniversary, the 150th anniversary of the Meiji era, celebrating the opening of the borders to the West.

The Japonsime 2018, Les âmes en résonance season is an original and modern way to celebrate the diplomatic relationships between Japan and France.
