In Paris, the Musée de la Vie Romantique is a confidential place, a real favorite for many of the capital's inhabitants. Take the opportunity to rediscover this charming museum, nestled in the 9th arrondissement.

It's no secret that Paris is a city with a rich cultural life. Alongside the capital's landmarks, such as the Musée du Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay and the Centre Pompidou, there are a number of lesser-known places that captivate Parisians of all ages. One of these is the Musée de la Vie Romantique (Museum of Romantic Life).

This small but charming museum nestles in the capital's 9th arrondissement. Housed in the Hôtel Scheffer-Renan, the museum's verdant setting plunges us into the heart of the Romantic period through its works.

This museum, which plunges us into the world of George Sand and painter Ary Scheffer, usually sees its programming punctuated by the organization oftemporary exhibitions, concerts and animations for the whole family.

Its tea room is also a lovely haven of peace, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, as it awaits you in a verdant, bucolic setting.
