Known for her fashion talent as much as for her strong commitment in terms of environmentalism and animal welfare, it’s naturally that Galeries Lafayette invites Stella McCartney at La Galerie des Galeries as part of the “Go For Good” movement.
Initiated by the famous department store, Go For Good aims at promoting sustainable creation and invites clients to consume more sustainably. So, 400 fashion, beauty, home décor and food brands are gathered within Galeries Lafayette in September 2018.
Among the later, as you get it, we’ll surely find Stella McCartney, pioneer brand in ethical fashion. The designer will present a corner around meditation called Sanctuary of Stillness.
From September 9 to October 10, discover this space inviting each and everyone to introspection and awakening of the senses and approaches the question of the role of meditation in the creative process.
Sanctuary of Stillness has been created by Stella McCartney and conducted by London-based studio Faye Toogood from ecofriendly materials. To extend this approach, the designer also invites movie-maker David Lynch who will present for the first time in France the latest movie of his foundation encouraging transcendental meditation.
In other words, a small haven of peace to visit at La Galerie des Galeries!
