Free of charge, this exhibition is the opportunity to know more about the crazy story of Dior Haute Joaillerie. If the most amateurs of you will go to see the boldest jewels created by Dior since 1846, connoisseurs will find Christian Dior’s 3 major loves: couture, ball and garden!
In the areas of the Parisian museum, Dior will exhibit a wonderful selection of high jewelry pieces, meaning 222 sublime jewels, including the brand-new collection “Dior Dior Dior” by Victoire de Castellane (Dior Joaillerie artistic director), thought up like an ode to lace.
“I wanted to find the sensation of air lightness and the haute couture design of lace that belongs, like ribbon, silk and draperies, to Dior abecedary”, Victoire de Castellane explains.
This exhibition is a pure wonder because it’s rare that the general public can admire a new “haute couture” collection before it’s even available on sale! We hope there’s an explanation on the work methods, drawings, wax models, gold pouring and setting with gemstones, these hidden moments we don’t always know about.
An event you really don’t want to miss.
