Togeth’Her is a beautiful project: works auctioned for charities highlighting committed women. In 2019, the 33 Vogue covers shot as part of the "Artistes à la Une Togeth’Her & Vogue" project enabled to collect 235,000 euros for UN Women.
For its 3rd edition, the project teamed up with Madame Figaro magazine - that turned 40 years old in 2020 - and has reached about 20 artists, offering them to shoot a cover for the magazine, for a charity dear to their hearts.
And Togeth'Her vintage 2020 is... promising. Adel Abdessemed has chosen actress Golshifteh Farahani, Prune Nourry has decided to shine a light on a young blind girl, Olivier Masmonteil has immortalized Salma Hayek as the Girl with a Peal Earring by Vermeer. Eva Jospin has chosent Svetlana Alexievitch 2015 Litterature Nobel Prize winner. Jean-Michel Othoniel illustrates princess Charlène of Monaco. As for Joana Vasconcelos, she has decided to devoted a lace work to her friend Stella McCartney, while Jules de Balincourt has shot USA vice-president Kamala Harris.
Even though the real works are to be auctioned, they will be displayed for a free exhibition to run at Monnaie de Paris. Furthermore, most artists have agreed to make high-quality 70x50m prints, sold for an affordable cost and limited to 20 to 100 prints, signed and numbered. They will be sold at Monnaie de Paris and on Togeth'her website.
