Nuit des Musées 2016 : ça va jazzer au Musée d'Orsay

Pour la Nuit des Musées, le Musée d'Orsay accueille The Amazing Keystone Big Band, pour une découverte des collections en musique, samedi 21 mai 2016 en nocturne !

Saturday, May 21st, 2016, the greatest works at the Musée d’Orsay can be experienced in parallel with a musical interpretation by the jazz band The Amazing Keystone Big Band. With the art as their backdrop and muse, these 17 young jazz musicians will play their exuberant take on the most museum’s most famous art pieces, revisiting the era from 1848-1914.

During these performances, conferences will also be held (it is a museum, after all) presenting about a dozen great masterpieces by Degas, Renoir, Manet, Toulouse-Lautrec and others.
