For the third year in a row, Underground Effect will bring together street-art enthusiasts at La Défense. The event will evolve around two steps. From Tuesday September 19 to Thursday September 21, 2017, 18 graffiti artists from all over the world will be present from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to create live works. Then, from Friday September 22 to Sunday September 24, 2017, these very same creations will be exhibited so that you can admire them.
Graffiti artists are all in for the Underground Effect of the Projet Saato related to La Défense and Indigo (car park operator) parking lots. The principle is simple: setting up street art works in the underground parking lots of the group to make them less worrisome.

During the Underground Project festival, you can:
The highlight of this meeting will be the opening evening open to all and held on Thursday September 21, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., in a dance-hall atmosphere provided by GroovShakra and Mayah Level.
