On April 12, 13 and 14, 2019 Paris Zoo aka Parc Zoologique de Paris turns 5 and celebrates its anniversary with entertainments, shows, surprises and a free entrance for kids under 13 years old!

Blow up some balloons and get confetti out, this year Parc zoologique de Paris turns 5, it reopened five years ago already! On the occasion is organized a big festive weekend on April 12, 13 and 14, 2019 with a lovely program of events but not only!

First of all – and we must say it to families who find the admission fees rather expensive – the admission will be free of charge for children under 13 years old, such good news!

Then, once inside the zoo, you can take part in many entertainments (including a contest which prize is a night at the zoo), but you can also attend climbing shows on the main rock and even get introduced to climbing in the clearing!

And of course, you can visit the zoo from one side to the other. Because we must remind you that the Parc Zoologique de Paris main priority is the animals’ wellbeing. All in all, over 1200 animals of 194 different species are present within the park, scattered around 5 major geographic areas called biozones: Patagonia, Africa, Europe, Amazonia-Guyana, Madagascar.

In other words, a wild and fun weekend for the entire family!

Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
