Did you love previous editions of the Lumières! festival ? Good news: this magical event is back for the festive season at La Villette! From December 13, 2023 to January 7, 2024, the magical festival of lights awaits us in the Parc de la Villette, for a third edition!

Once again, La Villette is planning to surprise us with an unusual, immersive and free artistic journey. Eight luminous contemporary installations enhance this nocturnal stroll. This year, we can admire the works of French and international artists, who illuminate the Parc de la Villette, while protecting the environment. Indeed, this festival of lights has been conceived with an eco-responsible approach , to remind us that the magic of the holidays adapts to and survives everything, even in times of energy savings.

We're off for a lovely stroll, passing through the Triangle meadow, the Folie Belvédère forecourt, the Cercle Sud meadow, the Canal de l'Ourcq, the North-South alley, the Jardin des Miroirs and the Parvis de Little Villette. Each venue has its own surprises in store...

In previous years, we could admire a giant disco ball, a field of fireflies, aquatic constellations, a luminous Christmas tree, a magical interactive concert, monumental light sculptures... works that never cease to amaze us! This new, ultra-fun edition is sure to appeal to young and old alike.
