The Château d’Auvers-sur-Oise is transformed with Christmas magic: decorations and lights come and embellish the castle and the garden for our greatest joy. From November 26 to December 23, 2022, come and enjoy a magical stroll and lovely entertainments! Story-telling stroll, dance show and firework show are to be experienced.
Christmas magic is coming to Château d’Auvers sur Oise making families very happy. From November 26, to December 23, 2022, come and enjoy the Holidays magic at the château d'Auvers. Note the park and garden open for free for family strolls.
The Château d’Auvers and estate sparkle like diamonds thanks to the Christmas trees adorning the paths of the French formal gardens, the lights on the façade of the castle and the decorations to enjoy in the park.
To complete this magical atmosphere, plenty of entertainmentsfor kids and adults will be held for this festive month. Check the program out!

- From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Introductory workshop to sculpture for kids
Free workshop hosted by Samuel Girault, Ice Designer - Ice & Art I World’s Ice Sculpture Champion 2020
Main courtyard of the castle
Several dozens of small ice blocks will be placed here and there for budding sculptors can try their hands at this surprising and magical workshop. Ice scissors and gloves provided.

A bubble show mixing magic and bubble performance. Bubbles ramble and this is more than a preamble! Bubbles shape oddly, come to life, change, are big or small, take over the place and end up popping up like a dream… A show making us feel like walking on the rope between dream and reality.

Famous Vexin-based donkey driver Gilles Lemaire provides you with a fun and Christmas special stroll with his donkey in the park of the castle decorated and lit on the occasion. He will tell you the memories of his companion in a fun way, whilst walking you through the estate. A fun and enjoyable stroll with the big elf and the donkey (that is not a reindeer) looking for Santa Claus at the Château d'Auvers.
Duration: 1.5 hours, rate: €10 per participant, €7.50 for 4-12 yo, free for kids under 3. Upon registration only, calling +33 (0)1 34 48 48 45.

Salle du Cube du Château
Participative dance show focusing on paper. The artist creates a choreography with paper that changes with the shapes it takes. Children wonder, observe. The dance ris inspired by the material’s movements. "Petits papiers dansés" is shaped as an invitation to physically travel to a place created by paper structures. Children are invited to get in and take part in this journey.
