The Fête des Loges is back from July 2 to August 15, 2021 in the lovely forest of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. For over 300 years, thrilling rides, merry-go-rounds, shows and water play rides expect children and adults 20 minutes from Paris, in a charming setting accessible with public transit! Answer the question below the article to try and win invitations.

The Fête des Loges is back for its 368th edition held for the greatest pleasure of children and adults after being cancelled in 2020. This year again, over 200 rides will come to make you have a good and laid-back time in the Saint-Germain-en-Laye forest

Did you miss the ghost train to the Jet roller coaster, the Taiga, the King Loop, the Roller Coaster, the Toxic, the Top Spin, the Virtual Reality, the Tagada and the Katapult? Go and reunite with them, in compliance with health guidelines! As all fun fairs, the access to the Fête des Loges is not subject to health pass, but facemasks are compulsory from 11 years old!

Children will go for Hook a Duck, small boats or children rides will be open, and a health protocol will be instated in every stand including gear disinfection. Water game areas will be open to cool off on hot days.

Speaking of cooling off, the Fête des Loges opens a beautiful Allée des Cuisines where 15 restaurants will delight you. Ice creams, fresh beverages will battle against each other to get your vote. So will cotton candy and donuts to enjoy.

Here is an overview:

The Fête des Loges is also paced with celebrations mixing modernity and ancestral traditions. A few dates to save:

  • Crowning of the Reine des Loges on Monday July 5 at 11 a.m., representing the Fête des Loges all summer long and ruling in the heart of the 170 carnies for a year.
  • Saint-Fiacre day, now Patron saint of gardeners and truck farmers. On the occasion, the Fête des Loges adds plants on July 22 and houses a service at 11 p.m., celebrated by His Grace Bruno Valentin, auxiliary bishop in Versailles, and co-celebrated with Father Etienne Guillet, episcopal vicar, diocesan chaplain of the carnies, and Father Benoît Chevalier, Saint-Léger et Saint-Germain-en-Laye vicar.

Solidarity Day
In order to thank Yvelines hospial and clinic staff for their dedication during this pandemic, the Fête des Loges invites them for two days with free rides - taking part in this operation - on Friday July 2 from 6 p.m. and Friday July 23 between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.
To do so, they will have to show their professional badge and their children's IDs at the entrance of the Fête des Loges where a wristband will be given to them, as well as a cardboard to stamp at each participating stand (riffle, hook a duck, and other rides of this king not participating in this operation, which is limited to 5 persons per family).

Feel like  going? To access the fair, it is quite simple, by car, drive the A13 highway from Paris. By train? Ride RER A train up to Gare de Saint-Germain en Laye station (terminus Ouest). A very cute train expects you at the exit of the RER A from 1 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. Allow money, the ride costs €2.5 per person, but is a ride on its own!

L'organisateur offre des lots de bons pour profiter d'attractions et de douceurs gratuites pendant la Fête des Loges 2021 !
