Little by little, Christmas is settling in at Disneyland Paris… For the winter season and the Holidays – from November 9, 2019 to January 6, 2020 – the theme park offers several events and festive moments.
Christmas magic within reach… Disneyland Paris has announced the coming of its winter season starting November 9, 2019 and ending on January 6, 2020. A period packed with celebrations for children and adults also taking over Walt Disney Studios and this time Mickey is in the heart of the celebrations.
Shows, mapping and other snow flakes will fall and settle within the parks for a season full of magic. Other events and animations will come and complete these two months dedicated to Nativity and New Year’s Day.
Christmas celebrations at Disneyland Paris:
- Disney’s Christmas Parade
The traditional Disney's Christmas Parade is about to be back on the Parade Route for two shows a day. Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy will open the show of enchanted and colorful floats. From Winnie the Pooh and co to Chip and Dale and the Three Little Pigs, guests can find all their favorite Disney Characters. And of course, Santa Claus will close Disney's Christmas Parade with his sleigh.
- Shimmering festivities with Disney Princesses
For this Christmas season, guests can attend the Princesses' Dazzling Waltz on the stage in front of the castle. Ariel, Belle,Snow-White, Cinderella, Jasmine and Rapunzel or even Tiana and their princes will join Aurora on stage for a fairy-like bal.

- Let’s sing Christmas!
in the heart of the Disneyland park, at Discoveryland, Disney’s characters invite music fans to sing along Christmas carols all day with a great music production at Videopolis. Mickey and Minnie will be also there, in their Christmas bests. Celebrations in tribute to Disney Performing Arts program.
- Enchanted encounters in a dreamlike setting
The Christmas atmosphere starts from the gates of Disneyland where snowmen, lit trees and other snow-covered decors are set all around the huge Christmas tree on Main Street U.S.A. It's in this fairy-like decor that Disney characters have decided to celebrate the Holidays. Guests can meet them in Disneyland for a picture or a hug including Thumper, Miss Bunny and Stitch. And as for Santa Claus, he's planned to meet guests at the "Meet Mickey House" in a room especially created until December 25 (included). The perfect occasion for children and adults to give their Christmas letter and immortalize this moment.
- The Enchanted Advent Calendar: from December 1 to 24
Visitors can enjoy Christmas magic as soon as the theme park opens with the return of the Enchanted Advent Calendar at the foot of the Sleeping Beauty's Castle. Every day, new surprises will be unveiled with Mickey, Minnie or Dingo.
- Mickey’s Magical Christmas Lights
At nightfall, a royal surprise awaits visitors with the lighting ceremony of the revisited Christmas tree, with Mickey, Minnie and Santa Claus. The latter will light up the majestic and 24-m high tree in the heart of Main Street, U.S.A.
Walt Disney Studios program:
- Mickey’s Christmas Big Band
for this winter season, Animagique at Walt Disney Studios welcomes a live show in tribute to the most beautiful Christmas songs featuring singers, music bands and of course, Disney characters… The whole with Mickey on the drums!
Following last year's success, the #SURPRISEMICKEY show is back on Production Courtyard stage, at the foot of the Hollywood Tower Hotel. And to celebrate Christmas the best way ever, Minnie and friends have beautiful surprises in store!
- And finally, the New Year’s Eve party
an unforgettable party expects guests with many surprises. On the menu, the New Year’s Parade, crazy mix with the Incredibles family at Discoveryland or Olaf at Walt Disney Studios and as it happens every year, a firework show to wrap up 2019 in full glory.
