What we love for Christmas is the Holidays magic taking over streets and festive places. We love the Christmas lights as well as all the entertainments making children and adults happy. This tradition adorning our streets to make us forget about the cold and warming our hearts can sometimes be slighlty obsolete. But not at Bercy Village! The shopping street set in Parsi 12th arrondissement, after last year's huge success, invtes again Laurent Sanguinetti to dress the main street and the passages of the place..
After working with Hermès and Philippe Starck - among others - Laurent Sanguinetti has created an enchanting and poetic scenography that amazed children and adults: "A forest and its secrets", filled with imaginary and fantastic animals...
On the menu, 28 lit sculptures following the shapes of the trees in the main street. Keep your eyes peeled, at night fall, in Bercy Village main alley, light animals may appear in tree branches...
And at the end of the road, it will be the climax: a huge Christmas tree expects you at the foot of a giant fairytale castle appearing at the rhythm of lights for our greatest pleasure.
Note that lights will be on starting Thursday November 14, 2019.
In addition to the lights, Bercy Village welcomes free entertainments for the whole family on weekends from November 24 to December 22, 2019.
