The Taversée de Paris en Anciennes is one of the biggest events in Paris for old car amateurs. Twice a year, for a morning, Paris streets are enlivened with old cars, motorbikes, bicycles, tractors, buses, light goods vehicles for a crazy ride across Paris.
Meet on Sunday July 31, 2022, for a ride from Vincennes to the Terrasse de l'Observatoire in Meudon, where a friendly picnic is planned.
A few pictures:
Whether you are a collector or not, this is the occasion to enjoy a travel back in time thanks to these cars that crossed the centuries. The Traversée de Paris is the occasion to shine a light on the rolling oh-so ecclectic and oh-so rich rolling heritage presented by vehicles from many countries and brands - some of them even disappeared.
What classic cars can you see this Sunday July 31, 2022 for the summer edition? The choice is wide with over 70 brands from the 19th century to the 1990's, represented on the occasion by long-gone brands. Note teams have been required to be dressed in white to be seen properly.
This year's theme is "Tours de Paris". In Meudon, several sets will be held including the "Aventure Peugeot Citroën DS" that will display the Presidential SM and more cars. Peugeot 105 for its 50th anniversary, Citroën BX for its 40th anniversary, Peugeot 304 Cabriolet and Citroën GS Breack are expected. The Univem will also provide a military camp with Jeep and heavy military vehicles.

From 12:30 p.m., vehicles will arrive in Meudon for the traditional picnic gathering participants and fans here to discover these vintage cars. It is the perfect moment to admire them.
