  • Departure towards Avenue Gambetta (on the right, towards Ménilmontant)
  • Place Auguste-Métivier

  • Boulevard de Belleville
  • Rue du Faubourg-du-Temple (left)
  • Place de la République
  • Arrival around 6 p.m.
  • Party on the esplanade of Place de la République until 8 p.m.

We remind you that this carnival is a festive event that is free, voluntary, traditional, independent, self-managed, apolitical, non-profit and non-subsidized. Everyone is welcome! You don't have to register to take part. You can decide at the last minute whether or not to take part, in fixed or mobile mode, on all or part of the route. Placement is free in both processions. This is the real carnival, not a street show.

And don't forget the other traditional Paris Carnival parade on Sunday, March 3, 2024: the Mi-Carême procession of the Reines des Blanchisseuses, the Women's Carnival. Women are invited to dress as queens, and men as women.
