Every year, the French Ministry of Culture puts on an enchanting weekend of events in the gardens throughout France. In 2017, the event is scheduled for June 2nd-4th, in more than 2300 parks and gardens and includes guided visits, exhibitions, workshops, meetings and demonstrations... We love it!

The annual “Rendez-vous aux Jardins,” meaning “Rendezvous in the Gardens,” is a time to discover or rediscover the parks, gardens and vegetable gardens in our regions. So what would you say to a little stroll in the greenery on June 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2017?

For three days, more than 2300 parks and gardens will be open to the public, 500 of those open exceptionally, putting on over 4000 public events throughout France. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover outdoor spaces that are usually closed to the public.

This year, the theme is "Sharing in the Garden", highlighting gardeners', owners' and kids' knowledge and know-how. Kids will enjoy numerous gardening workshops, and skill demonstrations!

Paris 1st Arrondissement:

  • Jardins, Jardin at Jardins des Tuileries
    Jardins, jardin is back at the Tuileries Garden from June 1st-4th, 2017 for its 14th edition. This year, the show-sale event is based on the following theme: Nature in the City. Wonderful ephemeral gardens, new trends, shopping and good ideas are once again waiting for you.

  • Rendez-vous at the Jardins des Tuileries
    On June 3 and 4, 2017, you are all invited to a guided tour of the Tuileries Gardens. Let's take a breath of fresh air but whilst remembering ancient times...

  • Rendez-Vous at the Gardens, Jardin du Luxembourg
    The Luxembourg Garden is a sure thing but do you know its flora? Throughout Rendezvous at the Gardens, the Luxembourg garden invites you on June 2nd-5th, 2017, along guided tours hosted by gardeners. Do not hesitate to go to the garden to enjoy this enlightening stroll in the Parisian nature.

  • Rendez-Vous at the Gadens, Musée Delacroix
    This 2017 edition has a lot in store and the Musée Delacroix opens its newly renovated garden's doors for free.

  • Rendez-Vous at the Gardens, Musée Zadkine
    Come and discover the oasis of calm hidden in the Musée Zadkine's prolific garden. On Rendez-Vous at the Gardens, edition 2017, the Musée Zadkine invites you in its gardens for enchanting guided tours on June 3rd and 4th, 2017.

  • Rendez-vous at the Gardens event, Hotel Matignon
    Throughout Rendez-vous at the Gardens, from June 3rd to 4th, 2017, the French government will exceptionally give access to Hotel Matignon's garden. What an opportunity to visit this garden full of history and welcoming French Prime Minister!

  • Rendez-vous at the Gardens, Parc Floral
    From June 2nd to 4th, 2017, weekend gardeners are waiting at the Parc Floral for a rendezvous at the gardens. This is the occasion to rediscover this Parisian botanical garden.
