Provins organizes again its famous Harvest Festival 2023! A whole program that you would be wrong to miss, on Sunday August 27, 2023. Imagine a magical festival in a green setting in the heart of a medieval city to relive the atmosphere of yesteryear. Does this appeal to you?
Various animations are proposed on this occasion: parades of tractors and old vehicles; old-fashioned threshing, draft horses and return of the last sheaf; street music, brass bands, French songs, music and rhythms of the world, barrel organs, jazz, percussion; discoveries of regional products and animals of the farmyard for the curious children... So manyanimations which await the small and the large ones!
In the afternoon, don't miss the big parade and its floats decorated with wheat that crisscross the streets of the Upper Town. Each year, nearly 400 volunteers come to organize this rural festival that they perpetuate for our greatest pleasure. And every year, young and old alike experience unique, amusing and playful moments.
In short, a nice program to spend good moments with family or friends, all in a medieval and country atmosphere. See you there next August?
