Clandestine restaurants: 1,000 patrons fined since late October, the government claims

Amid the polemic about clandestine dinners and lunches held in Paris at the Palais Vivienne, this Tuesday April 6, the Secretary of the Interior says that on the 7,345 restaurants controlled, about 1,000 patrons in restaurants open illegally have been fined already since late October 2020, leading to 300 fines.
