Fan de Carotte the new kid-friendly restaurant in Paris 17th arrondissement

I know you miss those brunches out with friends or your better half, without having your offspring getting bored and all grumpy at the table and even throwing his/her toys everywhere.

Well, we’ve got you covered with this nice little address likely to change your life (or at least your tasty family outings!): Fan de Carotte in Paris 17^th arrondissement.

Here, everything has been thought up so that families, parents and children, can feel comfortable, from morning coffee to afternoon break.
As for the food, you can enjoy contemporary and homemade food based on thoroughly selected, sourced, local and organic ingredients from short circuits.

For lunch, market’s dishes cost about €14 and are available in child version for €8.
Pan-seared salmon, soy sauce, mashed sweet potatoes and roasted fennel, chicken ballotine with chickpeas and pan-seared vegetables, toasts, bowls… Here, no steak and fries for children but the same thing as for mum and dad, plated in a way likely to delight the youngest palates!

On the weekend, it’s brunch time at Fan de Carotte with a €24-set menu for adults including savory or sweet pancakes, viennoiseries, sourdough breads, a cake, a hot beverage and squeezed juice; and €10 for children with mini pancakes, babychino or théchino, small glass of freshly-squeezed juice and a small cake.

Once you’re done, children can leave the table and go have fun. Indeed, to keep children busy, a game cabin with coloring pictures (and organizers especially here on the weekend; €8-10/child) are available to make them kill time quietly.
