Food lovers, gourmets and sweet tooths beware... Le Bristol Paris has reopened and changed its face. Every day from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm, its gourmet grocery store will be serving up beautiful pastries and many other sweet treats and surprises for the Christmas and New Year festivities! How about rediscovering this superb palatial boutique, which is once again offering its beautiful creations to take away?

Since December 14, 2022, we've been at 114 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Discover a wonderful world of chocolates and viennoiseries from Ateliers du Bristol, pastries and cakes by Pascal Hainigue, not to mention wines and champagnes chosen by the palace's sommeliers, Pains Vivants prepared on site and a selection of Le Bristol Paris gifts.

We love the charm of the wooden shelves and display cabinets, reminiscent of the grocery stores of yesteryear. Oak counters reveal pastries, cakes and other cakes on white marble.

In this timeless setting, we're seduced by a slice of three-starred chef Eric Fréchon's pâté en croute and salted kouglofs, the kind you'd find at Epicure, if you please. Fill your basket with honey from the palace's roof, homemade bread made with ancient flours, foie gras, caviar and other jams. As for wine, there are some fine bottles to choose from, selected by the in-house sommeliers.

Will you be able to resist Pascal Hainigue 's divine pastries, such as his flan or his fabulous hazelnut, which change with the seasons? Between the chocolates, brioches and viennoiseries, gourmandise is on the menu.
