Pascal Joly opens a second charcuterie boutique in the 15th arrondissement. It's a convivial place for sharing, and a mouth-waterer when you see the charcuterie creations of this Meilleur Ouvrier de France: his mythical pâté-croute, his homemade terrines, his famous fromage de tête... We're sure to love them all!

The time for picnics with friends is fast approaching, and for many, a good picnic can't exist without good charcuterie. For those who love good food, Pascal Joly, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Charcuterie-Traiteur, is opening a new store in the 15th arrondissement.

Pascal Joly has chosen rue Cambronne as the location for his Charcuterie Joly, to complement his first address in Paris's 16th arrondissement. After several months of refurbishment, the store now offers its first customers traditional, tasty charcuterie, made in the purest traditions, but with recipes brought up to date.

His charcuterie creations include the legendary pâté-croute, homemade terrines and, above all, the famous fromage de tête that earned Pascal Joly the title of "Oreille d'Or" in 2014. Each of his creations is presented in its simplest form, to highlight the authenticity and original character of the products. The perfect link between tradition and modernity.

And to whet his customers' appetites even further, Pascal Joly has created an astonishing library to showcase his unique, never-before-seen selection of hams and sausages. We warn you, it's hard to resist!
