In concrete terms, meet at 11 a.m. in the Parc de Bercy for a collective outdoor workout class including cardio-training and muscle reinforcement. Classes last one hour and fit everyone’s level and supervised by Physicare coaches, before you heat to Factory & Co Bercy Village for lunch to get some energy back after working out.
