Between the expected great restaurants, beautiful addresses, and renowned chefs, September is likely to be devilishly greedy in the new restaurants of Paris!

Every year, new restaurants spring up all over the capital. One thing's for sure: from September onwards, the new season gets off to a flying start, with a host of fine addresses opening their doors to gourmets.

We can't wait to discover the future gastronomic tables, the renowned chefs, the addresses that will blow our minds (taking bets on the Michelin guide for the coming year), but also the discreet little restaurants where we can simply eat well - that's all we want, after all!
