Still not sure what to do for Halloween 2024 and the All Saints' vacation? Head for the Yvelines and the Château de Rambouillet, which has some great surprises in store for young and old alike, with a storytelling tour at the end of October. Join us on October 30, 31, November 1 and 2 for this delightful theatrical rendezvous.
The Château de Rambouillet is a former royal residence set in over 900 hectares of parkland in the heart of the Rambouillet forest in the Yvelines department. The building also boasts two architectural treasures: the Laiterie de la Reine Marie-Antoinette (Queen Marie-Antoinette's Dairy ) and the chaumière aux coquillages (shell cottage). Both were built in the 18th century, within the historic gardens of the Château de Rambouillet.
A place steeped in history, it's an ideal setting for inspiring artists of all kinds... Like this whimsical novelist, who's waiting for us at the château this All Saints' Day. She's counting on your help to come up with ideas for her next novel. Take a stroll through the castle, take a good look at the rooms and let yourself be carried away by the overflowing imagination and humor of this novelist, in search of the perfect crime.
It's the perfect place for a family outing during the All Saints' Day vacations, while the weather's still nice, before a guided tour of the château!
