Like many historic monuments, the Domaine de Champs-sur-Marne is taking part in the Journées du Patrimoine 2025 on Sunday, September 21, to showcase its 18th-century château, an architectural gem with Rococo decor and stamped furnishings that mark the arrival of a certain comfort in the pleasure homes of the Age of Enlightenment.
During this 42nd edition of the Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days), you can admire a magnificently preserved monument, stroll through the park and flower garden, which has been awarded the"Jardin Remarquable" label, and take advantage of the activities planned for young and old alike... In short, you won't be bored at this Seine-et-Marne treasure! In short, there's never a dull moment at this Seine-et-Marne treasure!

Piece for two fildeféristes.
Written by Sylvain Levey based on exchanges with the two fildeféristes, this show questions whether to follow a movement or to go against it, to walk in the same direction or to take the risk of a different trajectory, to follow a highway of thought or to dare to take a peripheral road. A hymn to freedom, an ode to the joy of being unique, a tribute to those who dare to say no.
You've never heard of the Journées du Patrimoine? This annual cultural event is an invitation to discover, admire and visit the country's most remarkable sites. Places of worship, castles, museums, factories, places of power, sports venues, fashion houses, cinemas, theaters, gardens: thousands of places open their doors all over France, to showcase the heritage that makes up the richness of each commune. It's an event you won't want to miss!
