The Journées du Patrimoine are back in Paris and the Île-de-France region this weekend, September 16 and 17, 2023. What do you say to a visit to one of the many artists' homes in the Paris region? We reveal the program for this 40th edition.

The Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days) are the unmissable event of the autumn. Every year, this cultural event, which takes place all over Europe, invites you to enjoy a wonderful program of visits and events at the heart of the most beautiful treasures of our heritage. Castles, museums and monuments often open their doors to us free of charge, while places that are usually off-limits to the public welcome you for unprecedented discoveries. And as you'd expect, Paris and the whole of theÎle-de-France region are well and truly on board!

In fact, did you know that you can visit artists' homes all over the Paris region? Painters, sculptors, musicians, writers, singers and philosophers- a host of personalities have lived here, and the places in which they lived are now a gateway to their respective worlds.
