Transport in Île-de-France: disruptions this weekend of April 25, 26 and 27, 2025

The RATP and SNCF networks will be experiencing further disruptions this weekend, from April 25 to 27, 2025. Several RER, Transilien and metro lines will be affected by work and interruptions, and we'll tell you everything you need to know to plan your journeys.

A new weekend of work on the RATP and SNCF networks in the Île-de-France region is scheduled from Friday April 25 to Sunday April 27, 2025, to make progress on the Grand Paris construction projects, future metro line extensions or simply keep the network in good condition. Is there going to be a lot of work this time, or is it going to be a quiet weekend? Beware of traffic disruptions and train cancellations, which sometimes need to be anticipated well in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises!

This weekend, 2 metro lines, 5 RER lines, 7 Transilien lines and 4 streetcar lines are affected. To find alternative routes if you need to travel, the Transilien SNCF website offers alternatives, with buses regularly scheduled to serve stations.

Here are the works scheduled for the weekend of April 25 to 27, 2025

Metro disruptions

Line 6: From April 26 to April 27, traffic will be interrupted between Trocadéro and Charles de Gaulle - Etoile due to modernization work. Replacement services will be provided.
Line 12: From 10:00 pmon April 27, traffic will be interrupted on the entire line due to works.

RER trains affected

RER A: On April 25, from 10:15pm, traffic is interrupted between Sartrouville and Cergy-Le Haut - Poissy due to roadworks. Replacement buses will be provided.
RER B: Until April 25, 2025, from 10:45 pm, traffic is interrupted between Châtelet - Les Halles and Mitry - Claye - Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 - TGV due to roadworks. Replacement buses will be provided.
RER C:
- Until April 30, theIssy stop will not be serveddue to safety measures.
- Until April 27, traffic will be interrupted on weekends between Massy Palaiseau and Pont de Rungis due to roadworks. Replacement buses are in place.
- Until 04/27, on Sundays from 11:45pm , traffic is interrupted between Paris Austerlitz and Dourdan / Saint-Martin d'Etampes due to roadworks. Replacement buses will be provided.
- On April 25, from 11:30pm, traffic will be interrupted between Javel and Saint Quentin en Yvelines, as well as between Versailles Château Rive Gauche and Javel, due to roadworks. This also applies (from 11pm) to the routes between Saint Quentin en Yvelines and Javel / Montigny le Bretonneux, between Av Henri Martin and Montigny Beauchamp / Pontoise, between Paris Austerlitz and Pont de Rungis and between Paris Austerlitz and Juvisy.
RER D:
- On April 25, 2025 from 23:20, traffic is interrupted between Gare du Nord and Creil due to roadworks.
- Until December 14, from Monday to Friday from 23:20, traffic is interrupted between Paris Gare du Nord and Creil from 23:35 (except on public holidays) due to roadworks.
- Trains will not stop at Maisons-Alfort, Vert de Maisons, Créteil Pompadour and Villeneuve-Triage on Friday April 25, 2025 . A replacement bus service is planned.
RER E:From April 27 to June 1, on weekends from 10:45 pm, traffic will be interrupted on the entire line due to construction work. Replacement buses will be provided.

What disruption to Transilien trains?

Line H:
- Friday April 25, 2025, traffic is interrupted between Paris Gare du Nord and Luzarches. Departure of the last LOMI train from Paris Nord to Luzarches: 9.50pm Please note: in 2025, replacement buses will depart from the Gare du Nord bus station. Reason: construction work.
- Friday April 25, 2025, traffic is interrupted between Paris Nord and Pontoise. Departure of the last OPOC train from Paris Nord to Pontoise: 10:41 pm Please note: in 2025, your replacement buses will depart from the Gare du Nord bus station. Reason : works
Line L:
- Friday April 25, 2025: traffic is interrupted between Saint-Cloud <> Versailles Rive Droite and between Saint-Cloud <> Saint-Nom la Bretèche. Bus service between Saint-Cloud <> Versailles Rive Droite and between Saint-Cloud <> Saint-Nom la Bretèche. Reason: roadworks.
- Friday April 25, 2025: Traffic is interrupted between Bécon les Bruyères <> Nanterre Université / Maisons-Laffitte. A replacement bus service is in place between Bécon les Bruyères <> Sartrouville.
Line N:
- Friday April 25, 2025: traffic is interrupted from Montparnasse to Mantes-la-Jolie. A replacement bus service will be provided, serving intermediate stations. Reason: maintenance work.
- Friday April 25, 2025: traffic is interrupted between Paris Montparnasse and Plaisir - Grignon. A replacement bus service will be provided, serving intermediate stations. Reason: maintenance work.
- On the weekend of Saturday April 19 to May 4, traffic is interrupted between Paris Montparnasse and Versailles Chantiers. Bus in place. Reason: maintenance work.
- From 19/04 to 04/05 - at weekends, traffic is interrupted between Paris Montparnasse and Rambouillet. Reason: maintenance work.
- From April 26 to 27 at 3.45pm, weekend traffic will be interrupted between Versailles Ch and Montparnasse.
Line P:
- complete interruption between Paris-Est and the Coulommiers, Provins, Meaux and Château-Thierry branches, on Saturday and Sunday.
- Until June 8, at weekends from 22:30, traffic is interrupted on the entire line due to work.
- Friday April 25, 2025: from 22:15, traffic is interrupted between Gare de l'Est and Coulommiers due to work.
Line R:
- Friday from 22:44, traffic is interrupted between Melun and Montereau via Moret - Veneux-les-Sablons, and between Melun and Montargis due to works.
- Friday from 23:45, traffic is interrupted between Melun and Montargis and between Melun and Montereau .Line R trains will also be diverted via the Héricy axis, and longer journey times are to be expected. A replacement bus service will be provided, serving intermediate stations. Reason: maintenance work.
- Period: from 00:25 to 05:25 Dates: night of April 26 to 27 Traffic is interrupted between Paris Gare de Lyon and Villeneuve Saint Georges. A replacement bus service will be provided. Reason: maintenance work
Line U: Friday, from 22:00, traffic is interrupted on the entire line due to maintenance work.
Line V: From April 26 to April 27, on weekends , traffic will be interruptedon the entire line due to maintenance work.

And on the tramway side?

Streetcar T1: Until April 26, traffic is interrupted between Asnières - Quatre Routes and Les Courtilles due to modernization work.
Streetcar T2: Until November 2, 2025 , traffic is interrupted between Porte de Versailles and Suzanne Lenglenendue to major modernization work.
To reach Porte de Versailles from Suzanne Lenglen, walk to Balard station on T3a.
Streetcar T4: Traffic is interrupted on the entire T4 line until 2 a.m. (end of service). Reason:Serious assault of a passenger on Friday April 18.
Streetcar T12: On the weekend of April 26 and 27, 2025,traffic is interrupted between Massy-Palaiseau and Epinay-sur-Orge in both directions. A replacement bus service will run from the first to the last streetcar. Reason: works at Massy Palaiseau station (Grand Paris Express).
