On the occasion, Roxanne has indeed designed two original cocktails with the complicity of teas from “Palais des Thés”. On one hand the very floral “Paris for her” based on gin Hendrick’s, cucumber, tea, Saint Germain flower liquor, fresh lime and raspberries”.

On the other hand, the “Paris for him” cocktail based on champagne, angostura bitter and a dash of cognac infused with ginger and tea.
