Starter : Carpaccio of scallops, clementine and French Baeri caviar

Dish 1 : Vol au vent, land and sea; European blue lobster and yellow farm poultry

Dish 2 : Saint Pierre, fine cream of cauliflower with hazelnut, roasted winter vegetables, champagne sauce
