The long-awaited Super Bowl 2024 is just around the corner! Once again this year, there's sure to be plenty to see and do, with not only a thrilling sporting event, but also a musical program to make many envious. Having already welcomed singing superstars such as Michael Jackson in 1992, U2 in 2001, The Rolling Stones in 2005, Madonna in 2011, Coldplay in 2015, The Weeknd in 2020 and Rihanna last year, the National Football League (NFL) is once again pulling out all the stops for the famous half-time show. This year, for Super Bowl LVIII, the NFL has asked Usher to perform the famous"Halftime Show".

No word yet on what Usher has in store for us, but there's no doubt that the American artist's Super Bowl concert will leave a lasting impression.
Usher's new album,"Coming Home", will be released on February 9, 2024, just two days before the Super Bowl. On the live front, the artist's last major North American and European tour dates back to 2014 and 2015, two years during which Usher gave over 40 concerts on his "The UR Experience Tour". More recently, the singer set the Seine Musicale in Boulogne-Billancourt alight with no fewer than 8 concerts as part of his short residency dubbed"Rendez-vous à Paris".
Although Usher will be headlining this Super Bowl half-time show in Las Vegas, it's not the first time the R&B artist has put on a show for this major sporting event. In 2011, he accompanied the Black Eyed Peas on stage!
Once again this year, before Usher's performance, other artists will take to the stage. The NFL has announced that Reba McEntire, Post Malone and Andra Day will also be taking part.

Reba McEntire may be little known in France, but the artist is a true country star in the United States. Originally from Oklahoma, Reba McEntire has more than twenty albums to her credit. Proof of her renown is the fact that the"Queen of Country Music" has more than 20 chart-topping studio albums to her name, and has sold more than 41,000,000 albums in her homeland! For the Super Bowl, Reba McEntire will have the honor of singing the American national anthem, after Chris Stapleton in 2023.
Post Malone has also been announced for the Super Bowl 2024 pre-game. The American singer, whose career exploded in 2016 thanks to his track " White Iverson ", will sing " America the Beautiful ", part of a series of three songs performed as an opener at the Super Bowl finale.
Finally, artist Andra Day will also be on hand to open the festivities alongside Reba McEntire and Post Malone. The American R&B and soul singer, meanwhile, has been invited to sing " Lift Every Voice and Sing ", following Sheryl Lee Ralph last year.
