Solidarity shopping is back in Paris with a new edition of the Emmaüs Alternatives kilo sale! The must-attend event for serial thrifters will take place on Friday, April 12 and Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 10am to 7pm at the salle des fêtes in Paris' 14th arrondissement.

Keep your eyes peeled! There are always a few big-name brands slipping into stock... And don't forget, there's a collection point at the checkouts where you can drop off your donations.
The aim of this sale by the kilo is to provide as many people as possible with quality clothes, washed, ironed and altered, at a single price of 12 euros per kilo. The aim? To consume in an eco-supportive way, despite declining purchasing power.
Emmaüs Alternatives is first and foremost an integration project that helps the most disadvantaged to integrate and become self-sufficient through work. The association collects donations, which are then sorted, washed and ironed by association employees. Every year, the association supports more than 200 employees on integration schemes.
