Ready for a new edition of the French Open? Just in time, because the legendary tennis tournament is about to open its "general public" ticketing service. So, when can you reserve your tickets for the famous fortnight, scheduled this year from May 26 to June 9, 2024 at Porte d'Auteuil in Paris? We tell you all about it.

Roland-Garros will make its return to the Porte d'Auteuil in Paris from May 20 to June 9, 2024. As always, the French Open tennis tournament promises spectators and TV viewers some tasty sporting moments on clay. For the time being, we still don't know the names of the players taking part in this spring's French Open. But we do know more about the schedule for the opening of ticket sales for Roland-Garros 2024.

While licensees have already been able to obtain the precious sesame, tickets for the general public open this Wednesday, March 13. Tickets can be reserved from 10am onwards on the official Roland-Garros website. This includes both single tickets and multi-day passes.

Please note that, once again this year, the Roland-Garros tournament is introducing limited ticket orders. For the main courts, a maximum of 8 tickets can be reserved, with a limit of 4 places per session. For the annex courts (from May 26 to June 2), the limit is set at 12 tickets maximum, with a maximum of 4 per day.

Needless to say, these tickets are likely to be snapped up like hotcakes, so get ready and go to the Roland-Garros website at 10 a.m. on March 13, 2024 to get your tickets.

It's worth remembering that the Roland-Garros tournament offered spectators a very fine edition in 2023. After two weeks of breathless suspense, Poland's Iga Swiatek beat the Czech Republic's Karolina Muchova in the women's singles. On the men's side, Serbia's Novak Djokovic defeated Casper Ruud to claim his 23rd Grand Slam title!

So, what can we expect from this 2024 edition of Roland-Garros? The sporting event will kick off as always with the " Qualifiers ", announced from Monday May 20 to Friday May 24. New this year, the most exciting qualifiers will be staged on the Suzanne-Lenglen court, which this year will unveil its new retractable roof.

On Saturday May 25, the Roland-Garros tournament will host"Yannick Noah Day", the traditional charity day. Then it's on to the famous matches on the Philippe-Chatrier, Suzanne-Lenglen, Simonne-Mathieu and annex courts, from Sunday May 26 to Sunday June 9.

Last but not least, we can't forget the return of the evening sessions introduced in 2021. Roland-Garros announces no less than eleven evening sessions scheduled on the Philippe-Chatrier court from Sunday May 26 to Wednesday June 5.

In the meantime, we invite you to discover the poster for the 2024 edition of the Roland-Garros tournament, designed by French artist Paul Rousteau.
