The Georges Hermant swimming pool in Paris, a stone's throw from the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, is one of the few addresses to offer swimmers an Olympic-size pool. What's more, thanks to its sunroof, the pool can be uncovered on sunny days, giving you the chance to soak up the sun!

Not far from the verdant Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, the Georges Hermant swimming pool awaits sports enthusiasts in the heart of the 19th arrondissement. Inaugurated in 1971, it is named after Georges Hermant, an important figure in the capital'ssporting history whose life story reflects the pool 's vocation: a place dedicated to promoting sport and physical activity for all.

The Georges Hermant pool is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to delight swimmers of all levels. It features a 50-meter-long Olympic-size pool, ideal for serious training and competitions. There's also a second, smaller pool for freestyle swimming and a diving pit.

A removable wall allows the Olympic pool to be divided into two 25-meter pools as required, and the sunroof transforms swimming sessions into real sunbathing. And during the summer, the youngest guests can enjoy the inflatables and outdoor trampolines, to the delight of the whole family!

Its modern architecture, large picture windows and open structure give it a bright, airy feel. A solarium is also available for summer sunbathers.
