On Sunday, October 12, 2025, the Vredestein 20 km de Paris, the capital's iconic 20-kilometre long race, takes up its quarters with the usual start on the Pont d'Iéna and finish at the foot of the unmissable Eiffel Tower. For the past eight years, in addition to offering the race for adults, there has been a kid-friendly version with a small race for children, the 20kids, scheduled for the day before, on Saturday, October 11, 2025.
What's on the programme? A 1,000-meter course for youngsters aged 6 to 9, and a 2,024-meter course for older children aged 10 to 13, in the heart of the Parc André Citroën. With no stopwatch and no competition, this little race is an opportunity to do as the grown-ups do and take part in their first race, with each child receiving a medal, a race T-shirt and a bag of refreshments.
To get your little one involved in this sporting and festive event, you'll pay 15 euros per child, with 3 euros per entry going to a children's charity.
