Bionic Showgirl with Viktoria Modesta as guest star at Crazy Horse in June 2019

After Dita Von Teese in 2006 and 2016, Arielle Dombasle in 2007, Pamela Anderson in 2008, and Clotilde Courau in 2010, Crazy Horse is inviting Britain's Viktoria Modesta as guest star to present "Bionic Showgirl".

Viktoria Mod esta will accompany the Crazy Girls who officiate in the"Totally Crazy " revue from June 3 to 16, 2019, for the duration of 29 performances of"Bionic Showgirl".

Of Latvian origin, Viktoria Modesta left her native country at the age of 12 to move to London. Suffering from a left leg problem that led to numerous operations, at the age of 20 she asked to have this painful limb amputated below the knee. Since then, she has worn a prosthesis.

With her passion for fashion, art and underground culture, and her new bionic body, Viktoria Modesta fashions her new persona, multiplying interdisciplinary artistic collaborations. She blends the performing arts, cutting-edge bionic prostheses, high-tech fashion and new technologies.
In 2012, she took to the catwalk as Snow Queen for the closing ceremony of the London Paralympic Summer Games.

At Crazy Horse, Viktoria Modesta will appear both alone and accompanied by Crazy Girls in several tableaux created especially for the occasion around her futuristic, cybernetic and bionic universe, which will meet the chic and glamour of Crazy.
