On the weekend of December 6 and 7, 2025, head to the Postal Museum to enjoy a host of free family activities, transformed for the occasion into Santa's workshop!

For several years now, the Postal Museumhas become Santa Claus's outpost during the holiday season, ready to receive all the letters from children! On the weekend of December 6 and 7, 2025, the museum is organizing a family weekend with two daysof activities and workshops that are completely free for all visitors. Ready to roll up your sleeves and help the elves prepare for Christmas Day?

Shows, storytelling tours, artistic creations, and a visit from Santa Claus—a fun program awaits young and old alike, who are invited to reconnect with their inner child by writing their own letters to the North Pole! Although the workshops are free, reservations are strongly recommended to ensure you can participate! Two days to immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere while discovering the world of the Post Office with your family.

The weekend program

  • "Gribouille et la lettre du Père Noël" show + "Letter to Santa Claus" workshop - Saturday, December 6, and Sunday, December 7, at 3:00 p.m.

Gribouille, Santa's secretarial elf, is tired of sorting letters from all over the world! Driven by curiosity and with the help of young audiences, he sets out to find a job that will restore his Christmas spirit. A funny and poetic show, combining theater and storytelling, for the whole family.

Following the show, the "Letter to Santa Claus" workshop invites parents and children to combine writing and visual arts. Together, they will design an artistic letter to be posted in the museum's magic mailbox—headed for the North Pole!

  • Storytelling tour "When I grow up, I'm going to be a mailman" - Saturday, December 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Nino visits the Postal Museum with his grandfather, a postman by trade. As they wander through the rooms, stories and anecdotes intertwine to immerse young and old alike in the world of the postal service and its secrets. A tender and vivid adventure to spark children's curiosity.

  • Mail Art Workshop: "Christmas Decorations" (ongoing) - Saturday, December 6, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Christmas is coming! Using paper, scissors, markers, and stamps, visitors are invited to design and make their own decorations to send or hang on the tree.

  • Meet Santa Claus in the museum lobby - Sunday, December 7, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Santa Claus himself will welcome families and pose for an unforgettable souvenir photo.

  • Mail Art Workshop "Christmas Cards" (ongoing) - Sunday, December 7, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Let your creativity run wild! Participants will create cards to send to their loved ones, drawing inspiration from Mail Art techniques and artistic correspondence.
