  • Self-guided tour of the Pissarro Museum garden and 5 senses garden

    The garden of the Pissarro museum offers a beautiful view of the Oise valley. The 5 senses garden is a concentrate of flavors, aromas and colors. Recently restructured, its center features wild plants used daily in cooking. At its periphery are flower beds structured by grasses. Thanks to its Braille wording, it is also designed to welcome the visually impaired and blind.

    Landscape consultant Marine Naceri will be on hand to answer any questions the public may have about "gardening, differentiated management and landscaping" and the Moulin de la Couleuvre garden. The public will be able to experiment with participatory science in the garden. A plant swap will also take place.

    Jardin du moulin de la Couleuvre painted by Cézanne This ecologically managed garden features a pond, banks, meadow and vegetable garden. Self-guided or guided tours allow you to discover the different environments, the wild flora and fauna of the garden, and to obtain advice on ecological management practices.

    For these Rendez-vous aux jardins 2024, your five senses will be stimulated by visual and sensory discoveries at the Vaugeroux orchard.

    A number of craftsmen and artists will take up residence in the Rucher alongside the 150,000 bees in the 3 R2V hives.

    Beekeepers Valérie Guillard, Françoise and Richard Bessière, members of the Association des Amis des Abeilles du Val d'Oise (AAVO), welcome you to discover the art of beekeeping. Find out more about the association here
