Samba! On Saturday, March 21, 2025, the town of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine becomes Brazil-sur-Seine, taking you to the land of carnival and samba for one afternoon. Make way for batucadas, concerts and giant puppets to celebrate Carnival in Saint-Ouen!
More than fifty years after the last edition of Saint-Ouen's Brazilian carnival, the town renewed this great festive event in 2024, with a packed program. This year, it's the same old story, with the processions departing from rue Eugène-Berthoud at 2.30pm. Get ready for feathers, sequins and bright colors, and join in the parade inspired by the Rio carnival.
For the occasion, the carnival promises to be festive, with floats, giant puppets, concerts, batucadas... After the parade, the carnival continues in the Square Marmottan with concerts and entertainment for the whole family!
