Wa Bénin: the free festival of Beninese culture at Jardin 21

On the occasion of Benin's National Day - also known as Benin Independence Day - this Friday, August 1, a festival offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the culture of this small West African country, over the course of a weekend, at Jardin 21.

Organized by theWa Bénin association, the eponymous festival pursues the latter's ambitions of promoting and introducing Beninese culture to as many people as possible. To this end, we invite you to immerse yourself in the culture of this small African country over two festive days, with live concerts by Beninese artists, traditional storytelling for the whole family, tasting of Beninese culinary specialities,art exhibitions... and even a parade! Or even a parade!

Admission is free and open to all. See you at Jardin 21 on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 6pm to 9pm, and on Saturday, August 2, from 2pm to 9pm, for the Wa Bénin festival!
