An original hotel night in an unexpected, designer location? A change of scenery, a sense of wonder and well-being... Now more than ever, conceptual hotels are the talk of the town.

1/ HÔTEL AMOUR

On rue Navarin, a stone's throw from Montmartre and the Grands Boulevards, the large pink neon Amour sign beckons. This is the new temple of Parisian hype. In the vein of Le Baron and Paris Paris,
Hôtel Amour opened on the initiative of André and the Costes team. The building is an old hotel de passe from the last century, where men used to meet their lovers and courtesans for a few hours. Apart from the somewhat "m'as-tu-vu" side of the clientele, this provincial-style establishment is above all based on an original concept. A timeless hotel that lets you escape from everyday life for one or more nights, in a particularly cosy atmosphere. Each room is unique, and the interior design features a range of erotic and atypical atmospheres. Several contemporary art designers have been invited to reflect on love in all its forms to decorate the place. Famous artists and designers (Sophie Calle, M/M...) were invited to add their personal touch and universe. The Hôtel Amour is also particularly appreciated for its bar-restaurant and leafy terrace in the heart of Paris. The hotel has retained its original function, while taking its inspiration from Japanese "love hotels". So you can still rent rooms by the hour for a naughty little siesta!

2/LE KUBE HOTEL

Ultra avant-garde, the
Kube, opened by the Murano team in 2005, offers guests a futuristic decor and design based on variations of the cubic shape. A large glass cube installed in the paved courtyard sets the tone and serves as the reception area. At the entrance is an opaque portal: only insiders know what lies behind these mysterious doors. The idea is to propose a new vision of hotels, to appropriate their codes to offer visitors a unique and original stay. Each room is equipped with high-tech features such as fingerprint-activated door openers, plasma screens and furniture made from new materials. This unusual, futuristic design hotel is located in a small alleyway in the working-class Goutte d'Or district, north of Paris, away from the main tourist attractions. In the same building, the innovative and surprising Ice Bar lets you enjoy a vodka in a down jacket.

3/HOTEL DU PETIT MOULIN

It's nothing new that furniture by famous designers is used in hotel rooms to add value and originality. But for a small Parisian hotel to entrust its entire interior design to a single man is a bold move. The owners of Le Petit Moulin called on the great couturier Christian Lacroix to redesign the space. The 17th-century listed building, once home to the oldest bakery in Paris, boasts a stunning historic façade. 17 rooms for as many different atmospheres. Christian Lacroix has skilfully manipulated forms and eras. Between pop and rustic, retro and contemporary, fabrics, wallpapers and patterns create different moods and structure the space. This multiplicity was intended as a metaphor for the heterogeneity of the neighborhood in which it is located. From toile de Jouy reminiscent of medieval buildings to 70s furniture inspired by the fashionable and trendy side of its inhabitants, diversity is the order of the day.

4/LE BATEAU JOHANNA

It's possible
to sleepin a Parisian home, but not just anywhere. Here, we welcome you on the Seine.
