Many celebrities have started to make liquor. Among them, rocker Jon Bon Jovi who started to make rosé. And this is no cheap wine the performer of the unforgettable It’s my life proposes as Hampton Water (its little name) is a PDO Rosé from Languedoc. And this nectar can be enjoyed at Hard Rock Cafe Paris.
First commercialized in the United-States, where it is critically-acclaimed, Hampton Water was recently launched in France by Jon Bon Jovi himself. And it is France that Jon Bon Jovi chose for the production of his wine. A family business since he is working with his son, Jesse Bongiovi (who spent a lot of time in the Hamptons drinking rosé with his friends during his student years). The two Americans, father and son, have teamed up with a French winemaker to create Hampton Water, former professional rugby player Gérard Bertrand.
In Paris, Hampton Water is available at Hard Rock Cafe Paris (for €8.95 the 5.74 us_oz glass and €33.95 the bottle), among other restaurants. It is also available in large retailers. This is the only premium rosé to be listed on the Hard Rock Cafe Paris wine list. This light wine, with subtle and delicate aromas surprisingly match the place burger cuisine very well. The partnership between the place and Jon Bon Jovi goes a step further since the musician even left a signed guitar added to the venue’s memorabilia collection.
Would it not be super rock’n’roll to sip a glass of Hampton Water while watching the video clip of It’s My Life at Hard Rock Cafe Paris?
